Knoxville’s first drive-in music festival

Each vehicle will get two parking spots. Attendees can watch from their vehicles or in the parking space to the right of the vehicle. Face coverings must be worn when outside of these designated spots.
Food Trucks will be on-site and alcohol will be served via golf cart service throughout the event. No outside alcohol allowed (we gotta at least try to make our money back, so please buy it from us! It’ll be affordable, we promise!)
Merch will also be available via golf cart service.

Once attendees get settled in to their parking spots, we will then check IDs and administer over 21 wristbands. Bartenders can and will check IDs multiple times when necessary.
Security staff and door guys who do this as an occupation will help out with fake ID’s. We will have licensed and bonded security on site.

Masks will be worn by staff members. and are to be worn by attendees when outside of their designated two parking spots.
Each vehicle will occupy the space that the vehicle is in as well as the space to the vehicle’s right (if you’re looking at the stage). Patrons are not to leave their area unless going to the bathrooms/getting food, each of which are also socially distanced. Professional security will be on site to maintain this protocol throughout. Patrons can enjoy the show from their car or their accompanied space. Masks must be worn at all times by those leaving their space.
Alcohol will be delivered to the patrons via golf cart by licensed bartenders so patrons will not have to leave their designated, socially distanced area to purchase alcohol. This ensures that we’ll go far above the required six feet between parties. Wristbands and/or IDs will be checked with every purchase.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, we will offer ride sharing opportunities for anyone who feels they have had too much to drink. We will take care of an Uber, Lyft or Taxi service for those who need it. We feel that while it is of the utmost importance to keep everyone safe from the virus, it is equally important not to forget about other measures so that everyone remains safe in every way.

Entry into the festival

Each individual will receive a gift bag upon entry with fun and usefull goodies.

Each attendee will be entered into the Second Bell Costume Contest (it is Halloween after all). The prizes include a pair of VIP tickets to Second Bell 2021 and much more.
